Refund Policy

We strive to provide transparency and satisfaction to our users. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds are available.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have not used the tool at all after subscribing (no Instagram accounts analyzed or results generated).
  • Your refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

Once the tool has processed any account or generated results, the subscription is considered used and not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your order ID and the email address used during subscription. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
