Refund Policy

We strive to provide transparency and satisfaction to our users. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds are available for our Instagram tracker services.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have not used the tool at all after subscribing (no Instagram accounts analyzed, no recent follow results generated).
  • Your refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

Notice: Once the tool has processed any account or generated results, the digital service is considered "consumed" and is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please contact our billing team with your Order ID and the email address used for purchase. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not strictly meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Cancellations & Billing Cycle

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the anonymous instagram follower viewer will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used periods.
